Puccini Group is seeking an eager and fast-learner to join our team. We are looking for someone equally creative and technical to support our Concepts and Marketing & Branding Studios. You have a passion for hospitality and/or restaurants and are eager to learn from a multi-disciplinary company with four unique studios: Concepts, Marketing & Branding, Operations, and Interior Design. You’re interested in joining a dynamic company culture comprised of professionals who all share the “hospitality gene” and love for restaurants, good food, and good company. You are capable of wearing ‘many hats’ and ‘rolling up your sleeves’ to get the job done. Marketing, Branding, & Concept Project Responsibilities:

  • With guidance, assist in the development and realization of projects as required. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • Research for Concept Strategy Reports and Marketing & Branding Projects
  • Proofreading
  • Graphic assistance with presentations
  • Copywriting
  • Social media content development
  • Explore new ways to increase efficiency within the Concept and Marketing & Branding Studios and continuously develop the products and services provided from an aesthetic and informational standpoint, and providing quality services to our clients
  • Provide inspiration and actively look to other restaurants and outside influences for inspiration
  • Assist in the coordination with all consultants including, but not limited to, graphic designers, uniform suppliers, etc.
  • Participate in site visits and meetings as required


Business Development / CRM Management:

  • Data entry into company CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Create reports and optimize Hubspot capabilities related to contacts, marketing efforts, and potential projects
  • Research related to potential clients, leads, and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Upon request, assist in scheduling business development meetings prior to conferences or targeted visits
  • Assist in gathering materials for proposals, content writing, and producing presentations


Puccini Group Marketing:

  • Assist in content aggregation across digital platforms, including, but not limited to:
  • Blog posts
  • Newsletter
  • Website
  • Social channels
  • Press releases
  • Organize and maintain studio folders and calendars
  • Assist with award and speaking opportunity calendar and submissions


Company Culture:

  • Observe and communicate trends within the hospitality and restaurant markets
  • Develop and distribute weekly studio updates
  • Social and company culture event planning support
  • Assist with various office and administrative tasks such as ordering food for client visits
  • Attend applicable networking events



  • Must be living in or near San Francisco. This is an onsite position.
  • Experience working in hospitality, marketing, or related field a plus
  • Experience working in a restaurant a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign and basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred
  • A creative problem solver
  • Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Thorough and conscientious in all deliverables
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, positive, and flexible with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to shift gears quickly and have hands in many different projects
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interfacing with clients and internal staff


Compensation based on experience.
